Comprehensive Privacy Notice
In compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Official Gazette of the Federation, March 20, 2025), Automatikah (the “Data Controller”) provides you with this Privacy Notice.

Identity and address of the Data Controller
Automatikah, located in Colima, Colima, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data. Contact point: [email protected].

Personal data collected
For the purposes stated in this notice, Automatikah may collect the following identification and contact personal data: full name, phone number, email address, and the name of the company you represent.
Automatikah does not collect sensitive personal data through its website or general contact channels.

Purposes of processing
Primary purposes (necessary for our relationship with you):
- Respond to your request for information or a quote.
- Prepare business proposals and, where applicable, formalize the services agreement.
- Provide support and follow up on the contracted service.
- Invoice and manage payments arising from the service.
Secondary purpose: to use your name, testimonial, or your company's name and logo as a success story in marketing materials (website, social media, business proposals). If you do not want your data used for this purpose, you may state so at any time by writing to [email protected].

Transfer of personal data
To provide the service, Automatikah may share your personal data with hosting/VPS providers, business messaging services (WhatsApp Business), and customer relationship management (CRM) providers, who process your data solely for the purposes described herein and under confidentiality obligations equivalent to these.
Some of these providers may be located outside Mexican territory. This transfer is necessary to fulfill the legal relationship between you and Automatikah (Art. 36, section VII of the Law), and therefore does not require your consent. Automatikah does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

ARCO rights and how to exercise them
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object (ARCO rights) to the processing of your personal data, as well as to revoke your consent when it has been given.
To exercise these rights, send your request to [email protected], indicating your name, the right you wish to exercise, and documentation proving your identity. Automatikah will respond within a maximum of 20 business days, in accordance with Article 31 of the Law.
If your request is not addressed, you may contact the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno (SABG) — Mexico's Anti-Corruption and Good Governance Secretariat — the authority responsible for private-sector personal data protection following the dissolution of INAI.
